Polywood 2015
You are officially invited to Polywood – a kid friendly poly camping weekend – July 10th to July 12th at Whispering Pines Campground. Join us for a weekend of community building as we learn from each other via informal discussions, socializing, and fun. Come meet fellow like-minded poly people around the large communal bonfire; take part in various relationship building and strengthening discussions such as effective communication, metamour relationships, agreements, boundaries, and contracts; share your poly knowledge and experiences over wine and cheese.

The cost for this event is $30 per person over the age of 13 and $5 per person 12 and under, payable in cash onsite, or via EFT prior to the event to polywood.camping@gmail.com
Whispering Pines does not allow pets or RVs and/or Trailers (pop-ups are okay). The conditions are rustic (no water or electricity hook ups), however there are some solar showers available.
Event Schedule
Friday
5pm until dark – Registration – Connect with either of your hosts
8pm – 10pm – Meet and Greet – Gather at the main fire pit to meet your fellow campers and enjoy some wine & cheese. Feel free to bring some wine and / or cheese to share.
Saturday
10:30am – noon – Open group discussion about Poly – @ the Stage area
1pm – 3pm – Fun on the beach – swimming, volleyball, Frisbee, badminton
3:30pm – 5pm – Poly Panel @ stage area – Agreements, Boundaries, and Contracts
6pm – 8pm – Poly Potluck @ stage area – bring a yummy contribution
Dusk – Bonfire @ main fire pit – A communal bonfire, come and enjoy music & conversation
Sunday
10am – 11am – Poly Panel @ stage area – Metamour Relationships
11am – 12pm – Tea Time in the Faerie Garden
1pm – 3pm – Boardgames @ stage area – bring your favourite board game
