About The Event

Join us for a weekend of community building as we learn from each other via informal discussions, socializing, and fun. Come meet fellow like-minded polyamorous people around a communal bonfire; take part in various relationship building and strengthening discussions; share your poly knowledge and experiences over wine and cheese.

A full list of our workshops and events is available here

We are happy to offer various attendance options, from individual day passes, to a weekend bundle, to a discounted weekend bundle if you will also be staying onsite.

Every attendee must register and purchase an entry ticket. For registration purposes, Polywood considers anyone 18+years old an adult, anyone between the ages of 6 years and 17 years to be a youth, and anyone 5 years and under to be a child. If you will be camping with us, please also purchase an appropriate number of camp sites and/or cabins or advise us of the name of the person who will be purchasing the site/cabin ticket.

Camp sites outside of the main event area can house up to 2 tents or 1 RV. These sites can accommodate up to 5 adults and 5 children. When registering, please note if you require access to power and water. There is no extra charge for the utilities. Each site can hold up to 10 people and is equipped with a picnic table and fire pit. Campers may keep their vehicles at their site.

Camp sites in the main event area do not have personal power and water, and are less expenisve. Each site will be limited to 2 tents (2 sleeping tents or 1 sleeping tent + 1 kitchen tent). Campers will park their vehicles in a private lot just outside of Cluster 9.

A few cabins will be available for the weekend. Each cabin includes bunk beds, a mini fridge, and a microwave. Cabin campers must provide their own bedding. A single cabin can house 4 - 5 people and will be assigned based on the number of registrants in a group.  For images, please see https://www.wesleycloverparks.com/campground

You can learn more about onsite camping options here. Please state any preferences for location of your campsite in your registration form.

Cabins and camping sites will be reserved upon receipt of payment in full. Registration for camp sites and cabins closed on JULY 12 2024, although we do still have some campsites available in Cluster 9.
